Is this app safe for my child?
Yes. Every officer is built around a strict safety floor: no threats of jail or arrest, no mention of physical punishment, no scary content, no shouting, no labeling your child as "bad" or "naughty." Officers stay calm, age-appropriate, and end every call with a clear next step — not shame.
Will the officer threaten or scare my child?
No. The guardrails forbid threats, intimidation, and frightening imagery (jail, weapons, injury, monsters, "being taken away"). The tone is calm authority — the kind of voice you wish you had at 7pm on a hard day.
What ages does it work for?
Ages 3 to 10. The officers adjust vocabulary, pacing, and the complexity of the rules they reference based on your child’s age, which you set in onboarding.
Can I customize the officer’s tone?
Yes. Pick the officer that fits the moment — warm (Friendly), firm (Strict), curious (Curious), or coaching (Coach). You can also adjust an "intensity" setting from gentle to firm without crossing into anything scary.
How long is a call?
Calls target around 90 seconds. You can set a maximum-duration ceiling in Settings — once it’s reached the officer wraps up and ends the call cleanly.
What does it cost?
Your first call is free, no signup required to try. After that, it’s $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year (50% off). You can cancel anytime from the app or your App Store / Google Play subscriptions.
Do you record the calls?
Calls are processed in real time and not stored as audio. We keep a minimal call log (date, officer, duration) so you can review history inside the app. That log lives in your account and is deleted when you delete your account.
What if my child gets upset?
Officers are trained to de-escalate. If the call goes off-track they wind it down calmly. You can also tap End at any time — the call always ends at your fingertip.
